Yamuna Industrial Development Authority Chairman Dr. Prabhat assures all industrialists of zero corruption in YEIDA

(07/07/2017) Greater Noida : Dr. Prabhat Kumar said, "If there are repeated acquisitions of corruption then there is certainly something wrong. There can’t be smoke without fire".

He further had a special request for industrialist when he said, "All industrialists are most welcome in YEIDA. As Chairman of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority I assure every individual of zero corruption in this authority. If you have any expansion plans, you all are welcome at YEIDA".

He also said, "We need innovations through which we can provide more services to more people in less resources".

DM BN Singh’s address at AGNI brainstorming takes political undertone

DM B N Singh today reached at AGNI brainstorming session to listen to issues of industrial fraternity, though couldn’t resist himself from taking a dig at past political regime of the state.

He said,"Many issues of corruption have been raised in memorandum but times have changed, there is no corruption in administration anymore, nobody should remain in confusion of indulging in corruption at present scenario".

It is highly unlikely for completely apolitical administrative service officials to comment on political regime, however this address seemed like an exception.

JNU Student leader Shehla Rashid attacks BJP led Union government on issue of lynching

Talking about the mob lynching and other related issues, Shehla Rashid, JNU Student Leader, attacked BJP led NDA government and said that, till date, there has been no FIR in the case of mob assault on Najeeb. The murderers of Pune techie Muhsin Sheikh are out on bail. No justice has been served to Una victims. All this because, we don’t have a law against lynching and no strong provisions to deal with organized assault.

The draft bill will be available to the public for inputs, comments and review. The campaign will then push for it to be enacted by the Union government and an enabling law by the state governments, she added.

She further said that, we have got tremendous support from all sections of society and from veterans to us youngsters from marching to the parliament to taking it up with Chief Ministers and MPs and following with the government.

SSP Love Kumar requests support of industrial fraternity for better policing

Gautam Buddha Nagar SSP Love Kumar said, "CO’s and SHO’s have been instructed to be in regular touch with industrial bodies of the city".

He further added that, "Black spots will be covered with support of authorities and industrial fraternity. I also urge the industries to install CCTVs facing roads so that in case of any incident it will be easy to catch the convicts".

He also instructed to widely display the phone numbers of nearest police stations and concerned SHO’s at the gates of industries.

Prakash Ambedkar releases draft law of Manav Suraksha Kanoon

Prakash Ambedkar, grandson of BR Ambedkar released the draft law of Manav Suraksha Kanoon (MASUKA) along with Tehseen Poonawalla and Shehla Rashid core members of National Campaign Against Mob Lynching (NCAML) in the presence of lawyer Sanjay Hegde and Shehzad Poonawalla on Friday in New Delhi.

As per the draft, mob lynching should be made a non bailable offence and life imprisonment for those convicted under Mob lynching.

Last month, Tehseen Poonawalla along with Shehla Rashid, Kanhaiya Kumar and Jignesh Mewani launched a national campaign against Mob which has gathered momentum in the last few days and is likely to snowball in the coming days.

Association of Greater Noida Industries (AGNI) brainstorms with Senior officials on Industrial issues of region

A brainstorming session is underway at New Holland auditorium of Ecotech-III area of Greater Noida.

Merrut Commissioner Dr. Prabhat Kumar, ADG (L&O) Anand Kumar, IG Merrut Zone Ram Kumar, Additional Sales Commissioner Kumar Prashant, DM B N Singh, SSP Love Kumar, SP(RA) Suniti and other senior officials are taking part in this session.

AGNI was established in 1989 even before formation of Greater Noida authority and deals with issues and grievances of industries of this region.

Industries should participate with administration for collective development says ADG(L&O) Anand Kumar

During today’s AGNI brainstorming session at Greater Noida, ADG Ram Kumar said,"I am well aware of problems of Gautam Buddha Nagar. However we all must accept that we have our own limitations as well".

He also gave call for a collective efforts, "CCTV’s can be installed under CSR in the city. I request that companies of Greater Noida come together and make a CSR fund in this regard".
