Hema Malini Does Road Show for BJP’s MCD candidates

Delhi :BJP MP from Mathura and Bollywood star Hema Malini did a road-show in Delhi on Saturday.

Hema Malini came to capital on Saturday morning and covered different MCD constituencies of Chandni Chowk area in a road show. Union Minister Harshvardhan Singh was also present with Hema Malini during the entire road show.

The entire road show convoy had over hundred two and four wheel vehicles. While supporters were extremely excited to get a glimpse of Bollywood’s renowned dream girl, Hema Malini looked visibly disturbed by Delhi heat.

Anna Hazare unwell doesn’t makes to electoral reform seminar in Delhi

India against corruption volunteer organization (IACVA) has today organized a seminar on urgent electoral reforms.

Anna Hazare was expected to address the seminar and introduce a legislation in this regard. However the program has to start without him because reportedly he has to undergo some physiotherapy and he couldn’t make it to Delhi.

However the event at India Habitat Centre has started with other eminent dignitaries in attendance.

Prominent speakers who are going to address the seminar are former Chief Election Commissioners of India from Chennai TS Krishnamurthy and Dr N Gopalaswamy, ex-IAS and Founder Loksatta from Hyderabad Jaya Prakash Narayan, Founder Trusty ADR and Ex-Faculty IIM Ahmedabad from Delhi Prof Jagdeep Chhokar, writer and film maker from Mumbai Paranjoy Guha Thakurta, senior Supreme Court lawyer and former solicitor general Fali Nariman, and as Special Guest Legal Advisor, Election Commission of India SK Mendiratta and K.G Rao.


Update on porn clip incident:

From preliminary investigation,it is established that the incident is of 9th April at around 5pm. The LED TV (Smart TV having multiple features) system was under commissioning and wifi port was accessible. Prima facie,as per CCTV footage, 3 men have run porn clip through their mobile on this TV at Rajiv Chowk station. Attempts are being made to identify these men. CCTV Footage is under examination to identify the culprits.

This sort of interference with the system will not be possible in the future once software is programmed and centrally controlled.

In the interim, during the commissioning process itself the contractor will be advised to ensure password protection.
