Bihar education dives new low: University forgets to print paper, postpones exam

Ashish Kedia

In what could only be said as a blunder of epic proportion, an University in the state has to postpone a postgraduate exam because it has forgotten to print question papers.

The last paper of second sem postgraduate Hindi exam has to be cancelled and postponed in Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University. 94 students of the batch were shocked with this amazing revelations.

VC has ordered an inquiry in the matter.

It must be recalled that last year only Bihar state board toppers were seen struggling to even name their subject in a viral video. The current incident only strengthens the fact that seriousness regarding education is equally miserable from top to bottom in the state.
